Special Event Rental

Let our museum’s wide range of art and history provide a lovely backdrop for your special event.
We have a number of rental packages to choose from, with most rentals costing around $600 for a large, 4-hour rental.
Short FAQ:
  • Entire museum is open during the event at no extra cost, allowing guests to use bathrooms, wander through the galleries and enjoy the museum.
  • Our indoor exhibit gallery areas can support 50-150 guests depending on the format. Our walled-in outdoor courtyard can host 200-350. 
  •  There is never any additional cost for extra guests, as making our resources accessible to the public is part of our mission.
  • Tables and chairs can be provided at no extra cost. You are also welcome to use your own or an outside vendor.
  • Catering is allowed; in fact, our museum has hosted a number of different restaurants and caterers over the years.
  • No movement of exhibits is allowed without the museum’s expressed approval.
  • No removal of exhibits is allowed.
  • We have a number of educator and non-profit discounts available.
